Bed & breakfast and self-catering tariff
There are two double rooms available on a bed and breakfast basis in the main house:

| All rooms have en suite facilities and all rates include breakfast. Vegetarian Breakfast a speciality. Continental or Full English Breakfast offered. |
The Annexe is available on a bed and breakfast or self-catering basis:

Dogs welcome in bedrooms in the house or The Garden Room but please be aware that our cats and chickens roam freely in the garden.

Booking terms and conditions
Arrival time between 4.00 – 7.00 p.m. unless by prior arrangement. Departure by 11.00 a.m.
All bookings to be confirmed in writing either by email or snail mail.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure bookings. The
balance is payable by cash
or cheque only. Cheques payable to T. Morford
Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours prior notice will be charged for in full.
