Booking terms and Conditions

All bookings to be confirmed via our booking system.

 

We require a 50% deposit on all bookings, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be required to pay the full holiday amount at the time of booking.

 

For bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to your stay, you will receive a refund less your deposit IF the booking was paid in full.

 

Admission
This is an Adult Only Site (18+).

 

General Policy
This is a Quiet Site. Radios and music are not allowed at any time on site (unless listened via headphones but we do not encourage this. If it disturbs others you will be asked to stop). Quiet hours are from 10pm – 7.30am, ie we request that there is no vehicle movement between these times and campers settle down. If you will be back to the site later than this, or need to leave early the following morning, please speak to Management about parking off site so that others are not disturbed.

 

The management reserves the right to deny access or to terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

 

Booking
All bookings to be confirmed via our booking system. To secure your booking, you will be asked for a non-refundable deposit with full payment requested 2 weeks before arrival.

 

For bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to your stay, you will receive a 50% refund IF the booking was paid in full.

 

You can request a booking transfer up to 10 days prior to your arrival. A £20 fee will be incurred if you wish the booking can be transferred. Transfers cannot be offered for the following season.

 

10 days prior to your booking, no refunds, discounts, credit notes or transfers will be offered for cancellations. Cancellations include illness, bereavement and inclement weather. Please do not put us in the position of having to refuse your request.

 

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

 

Group Bookings
Small group bookings, (up to 6 people) are accepted on the understanding that all Terms and Conditions still apply. If you have a larger group booking, please speak to Management beforehand.

 

Hen and Stag Parties are not accepted.

 

Arrival
From 3pm – 8pm. Early arrivals by arrangements. Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. The site reserves the right to re-let your pitch if they have not heard from you within 24 hours of expected arrival.

 

We operate a self-check in system when the office is unmanned.

 

On arrival, please check in at The Office. Full instructions will be found there.

 

Sign into check in book on desk. If you have not reserved a specific pitch beforehand, you are welcome to select a free pitch from the whiteboard.

 

Reserve this by placing your name and dates of your stay, next to Pitch number on whiteboard.

 

Your Pitch Number is in the centre of your pitch. Please stay within your boundary. If you go into a second pitch, you will be charged for two pitches.

 

Each pitch has a folder of information. You will find these on the shelves in the Office. You can take the folder with you or leave on shelf.

Departure
Departure by Midday at the latest unless by prior agreement.

 

Dogs
A maximum of 2 dogs per pitch are allowed. There is no charge for one dog but an extra small charge for the second dog. Noisy or dangerous dogs are not allowed on the site. Dogs must be kept on leads/ties at all times and are not allowed to wander loose. Dogs are not allowed in the Main Facitities.

General
In the event of a complaint, please speak to Management immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management’s attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

 

Safety
We no longer hire barbecues but the Site’s Communal one can be used. You can buy coals and hire tools on site. You may bring your own barbecue, but this must be raised off the ground.

 

Firearms are not permitted.

 

Electric cool boxes are not permitted to be plugged in on site.

 

Firepits
Each pitch has a firepit and wood can be purchased on site.

 

Vehicles
Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

 

No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. Arrangements can be made for vehicles to be parked off site if necessary but this must be agreed beforehand.

 

Only one car is included in the pitch fee. Extra vehicles are discouraged due to limited space, but if they are necessary, they must be booked in, paid for and parked in a designated area.

 

The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. Cars are not permitted when travelling with a motorhome/campervan.

 

Visitors
Visitors are allowed on site but must leave the site by 9.30pm. Please speak to Management about checking your guests in and where to park their car.
